What is a good upload speed for streaming?

720p stream 720p is a video resolution used for standard hh. It looks like I'm streaming in 720p rather than 1080p. It's watchable but certainly doesn't look clear and crisp. I noticed it's worse with a game I'm streaming called DNF Duel.
